Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return: Please email us at support@eninovashop.com with your order number, and our team will provide instructions.
Refund Process: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at support@eninovashop.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.
Our team will review the documentation and provide you with a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, based on our investigation. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review your claim.
